HIPAA at it’s core says that patient data belongs to the patient and must be produced on demand.

Banking laws says that the client’s funds belong to the client, and can be reclaimed on demand (excluding CDs, fixed agreements, etc).

A key principle at Brainlink is that we are NOT the owner’s of our client’s information, we are it’s custodian.

As a result, we have invested extensive resources in building Client Runbooks.

What is a RUNBOOK?  It is the operations bible for that client.  How we do things.  Who the critical vendors are.  Known issues, known fixes, etc.

If your IT provider doesn’t give you runbooks, then ask yourself why do you still use them?

If you are an MSP or VAR who’d like to generate RUNBOOKS, contact me for details.
